Sports bets are settled based on official results published by governing sports bodies. For football (BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League), bets are settled based on 90-minute regulation time plus stoppage time unless otherwise specified (e.g., "to qualify" bets include extra time and penalties). You must withdraw all funds within 30 days of termination notification. After 30 days, unclaimed funds may be forfeited to cover administrative costs.
You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting customer support. A new account cannot be created under the same personal details.
